Welcome to Sidepit, a Bitcoin-margined forwards exchange. Our services allow eligible users to trade exposure to the price movements of Bitcoin (BTC) against USD through dated USDBTC products.

Service Description
Sidepit offers a platform for users to trade dated USDBTC forwards. Users may take either direction and are responsible for the resulting profit, loss, margin, execution fee, liquidity, and technology risks. The platform uses Sidepit's patented Distributed Limit Order Book technology: DLOB — one-second deterministic auctions.
User Obligations
Account Registration: Users may be required to register an account and provide accurate and complete information.
Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of Sidepit and its services.
Restricted Activities: You are prohibited from engaging in any activity that Sidepit deems to be harmful to its operations, reputation, or other users.
Intellectual Property
All content, technology, and software on Sidepit, including our patented DLOB technology, are the intellectual property of Sidepit or its licensors. Your use of our services does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property.
Risk Acknowledgment
You acknowledge that cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk. Sidepit does not guarantee any trading outcome. You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Sidepit provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service.
Limitation of Liability
Sidepit shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the services.
